Wayne is a Vice President of Alta Communications and joined the firm in 2003. Wayne handles the transactional, financing and structuring side of Alta's investments in the media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Alta, Wayne worked at McDermott, Will & Emery where he participated in international and domestic equity and debt financings, leveraged buy outs and recapitalizations, on-shore and off-shore fund formations, media and private equity transactions and M&A transactions. Wayne was also a Partner at the South African law firm of Damant Bostock, Inc. Wayne graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, with a BA in industrial psychology and a Bachelor of Law (LLB).
