As patient investors, Alta Communications’ objective is to partner with leading management teams to build world-class companies. Consequently, we seek companies that have the potential to grow rapidly through a combination of organic growth and/or acquisitions. Our extensive experience in media investing enables us to be valuable board members and strong partners to management teams. Our efforts are singularly focused on finding attractive investments through which we can create value for all stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers and partners.
Due to Alta’s targeted focus in the media and communications sectors, we have a deep understanding of our covered sectors and are able to provide both keen insights into industry trends and thoughtful assessments of investment opportunities. Furthermore, we are able to move quickly and decisively when we identify attractive opportunities. Alta Communications typically invests $10 million to $30 million of equity in each portfolio company.
