Andrew is a General Partner of Alta Communications and joined the firm in 2003. He focuses on investments in all sectors of media. Prior to joining Alta, Andrew worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners, a leveraged buyout firm with over $10 billion in assets under management where he worked on private equity investments through leveraged buy outs and recapitalizations, including Fisher Scientific and Freedom Securities / Tucker Anthony. Prior to Thomas H. Lee, Andrew worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley & Co. Andrew has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
